i like the texture of the skin and the light reflection which you have captured. i donno whether to go with your manupulation of the tones, coz i feel there's too much red in it.

The light is great and she is undoubtedly very pretty. The background adds great atmosphere. I think I would have preferred to have the whole of her head in the picture, rather than cut the top off

I don't mind cropping her head off... it draws the focus to her face. The reddish tone does seem a little much, but then again, she could just be sunburned (in other words, it isn't over done). Pretty girl and nicely done.

Often, usually in fact, reflected lignt is your best friend. This is an example of "not always". Reflected light can be harsh if the reflector is harsh. I would not show her this photograph. It is a wonderful portrait minus the light. Her countanence is intriquing. Thank you.

i don't like the light, sorry. i think it's a beautiful portrait however.

as a portrait it's unusual and interesting. however the people in the background grinding on their pie brings it out of the realm of portrait.
Unfortunately her hair is placed so that you'll never be able to burn the other figures out.

I think you probably could try to burn the background out and do a decent job to get rid of the distraction. It's worth trying. The face lighting is great, but yes, background unfortunately takes away from a save.
