this is an excellent portrait, but looking at it large it appears that the focus is on corner of the rim of the specs. difficult to do with so little dof, but I'd prefer to see focus on the eye. i'm not a huge fan of the blown out look but it can work.

you look like you're about to go stabbing around in your eye with that finger. wash your hands though, conjunctivitis can be very infectious.
