There are some interesting component going on here, but I don't think you've captured them quite right.

i like it. I dont think the person needs to be facing the camera - it creates a nice contrast to the mural of the man.
Nice red/blue contrast.
I would have cropped out the bottom bit as per my note (please feel free to remove the once you've viewed it :-)

ooooh, i really like this! but..the croppin is just not right. you should have either included more of the wall at the top, or maybe have used my cropping suggestion.
